The dollar story
On a $2,000-a-month Atlanta rental.
Annual savings per property. On a three-property portfolio, $5,000–$6,500 a year.
The average owner of a $2,000 rental paying 10% plus roughly $200 in fees is effectively paying 12–14% of rent in total cost. That total is what we set out to cut.
